This page contains pictures of our little dragonet from birth to two months old. Connor was born preterm at 33 weeks.  Because he was 7 weeks early, he had to stay in the NICU until he learned to suck/swallow/breath and maintain his own body temperature. After 17 days in the NICU we were allowed to bring him home and our true trip into parenthood began. J

Mommy's first glimpseMommy's short glimpse of Connor before he was taken to the NICU.

The moment a child is born,
the mother is also born.
She never existed before.
The woman existed, but the mother, never.
A mother is something absolutely new.

One hundred years from now It will not matter What kind of car I drove, What kind of house I lived in, How much money I had in my bank account, Nor what my clothes looked like. But the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a child. ~ Unknown

Spread the diaper in the position of the diamond with you at bat. Then fold second base down to home and set the baby on the pitcher's mound.
